How 'Bout Them Horses
Owning & Showing an Arabian Horse with a few laughs inbetween
About Me
Hi Everyone! My name's Lauren and I'm going to share with you a little bit about myself, without sounding too cheesy. I've owned and shown my own horses for nearly 15 years, showing at a local all the way though a national level with Arabian Horses in the Saddle Seat Division. Recently, I haven't been able to show as much because of school and now work, but I'm hoping to change that this coming year.

Within the past year, I was able to save up a little money to purchase a beautiful 4 year old Arabian gelding that I plan on having some fun with, so this blog is going to be more about him as I work with him and share everything that we do to get ourselves ready for show season.
Meet the Horses
Rocky
Rocky was my first horse that my parents bought me almost 15 years ago. He's taught me so much in the time we've shared together and now, he's enjoying the occasional trail ride, scratches on his neck and lots of apples and carrots.

Billy
Billy was my competition horse that I used for my youth and amateur career who I've been able to take to local and national level shows across the country. He's my teddy bear and always takes care of whoever's riding him. He's now enjoying retirement and loves his sugar cubes!
Paxton
Paxton is the newest addition to the family and is the youngest with plenty of energy to show for it. He's the most loving horse I've had but also the one that gets into the most trouble when given the chance to be. He learns new things everyday that I'm able to apply from everything I've learned from the other two boys.
